Nir Chachamovitz

Nir Chachamovitz is an Engineering Manager in Island’s Core group, where his team owns products in and beyond the Island Enterprise Browser. They build the browser experience people use all day, from tabs and multi-session to PDF and sync, and keep it fast and stable through every Chromium update. They own the whole VDI stack: the RDP/RemoteApp clients, SMB, SSH, and Remote Support. And they bring AI into the browser, from on-device models and now to the whole enterprise browser for agents. Nir joined Island as a Software Engineer and became an Engineering Manager eight months later.
