Position Overview:
As a Healthcare Regional Field Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving pipeline and revenue growth and brand awareness in the Healthcare industry through the planning, execution, and management of a regional marketing strategy that includes events and digital demand programs. With your expertise in event management and marketing strategies, you will be responsible for creating impactful experiences that engage our target audience, generate qualified leads and deliver the pipeline to achieve the revenue goals for the Healthcare sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing Leadership
● Develop and implement a comprehensive Healthcare industry marketing strategy aligned with the Healthcare sales priorities and company's marketing objectives.
● Identify opportunities across provider, payer, and life sciences segments to position Island’s value proposition effectively.
● Translate corporate messaging into tailored content and campaigns that resonate with healthcare decision-makers and influencers.
● Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure seamless execution of marketing programs and impact on pipeline and revenue, including sales, legal, finance, and marketing operations.
- Event Execution and Management
● Oversee the end-to-end execution of campaigns and tactics including trade shows, healthcare industry & executive conferences, executive dinners, webinars, hospitality events, community engagement, and association memberships.
● Work with partner organizations to plan and execute joint events.
● Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all event requirements are met, such as venue selection, executive speaker selection, booth design, collateral production, and staffing.
● Manage event budgets, track expenses, and provide regular reports on event performance and ROI.
- Brand Promotion and Lead Generation
● Develop and implement strategies to generate qualified leads and maximize brand exposure through events.
● Collaborate with the brand and product marketing teams to create compelling offers that effectively drive engagement and quality leads for the sales teams.
● Partner with Content, Product, and Digital teams to build thought leadership specific to the healthcare market.
● Amplify Island’s presence in the healthcare community via sponsorships, customer storytelling, and social engagement.
● Define 1:1 ABM priorities for Healthcare and partner with sales and corporate marketing teams to execute multi-channel ABM strategies and programs that result in strategic account pipeline and revenue.
- Relationship Building
● Cultivate and maintain relationships with industry community leaders, advisors, partners, and key stakeholders to maximize impact from events and demand programs.
● Collaborate with the sales team to align event strategies to account targeting, lead generation, and sales goals.
● Act as a brand ambassador during events, representing the company and building strong relationships with attendees.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
● 8-10 years of experience in field marketing, event management, or related roles within the technology industry, with 3+ years driving demand in the healthcare industry.
● Proven track record of successfully defining strategies for growth in the healthcare industry and planning and executing a variety of marketing tactics, including trade shows and conferences, executive events, social/hospitality events, and demand-based ABM programs.
● Strong project management skills, demonstrating success in managing multiple events simultaneously and meeting deadlines, managing budgets, contracts and payments.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
● Proficiency in lead management and CRM systems.
● Analytical mindset with strong examples of data-driven insights and actions to optimize performance of programs, make decisions, and adapt strategies.
