We’re looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter who can navigate the full spectrum of technical hiring — Customer Success Managers and Sales Engineers that expand our AI footprint. You understand how we solve complex problems around AI governance and workflows and can hold your own in conversations about APIs MCP and cloud architecture. Note: This position is 100% in-office at our Coppell, TX headquarters near Dallas (Monday through Friday). We believe collaboration and culture thrive face-to-face, and we can’t wait to welcome you to the team.
What You’ll Do
You’ll leverage your network and current employees to attract, develop and close top-tier, customer-facing technical talent across roles including Customer Success, Pre-Sales, and other technical positions.
You’ll drive the full recruiting lifecycle end-to-end — from building creative sourcing pipelines to closing offers — while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience at every step.
You’ll build trusted partnerships with technical hiring managers and team leads globally, advising on hiring strategy, compensation benchmarks, and market trends across both GTM-technical and engineering functions.
You’ll develop a sharp understanding of what makes a great Sales Engineer or CSM in a cybersecurity, AI or enterprise SaaS environment — and translate that insight into recruiting strategies that consistently deliver results.
And most importantly, you’ll bring the compelling Island story to life for every candidate, connecting our mission to what motivates technical professionals.
What You Bring
You have 7+ years of recruiting experience, with meaningful depth in technical or hybrid technical/GTM roles — ideally within enterprise SaaS, cybersecurity, or infrastructure technology.
You’ve successfully hired Sales Engineers, Customer Success Managers, or senior developers and understand the nuances of evaluating technical aptitude alongside customer-facing skills.
You’re a proactive, resourceful sourcer who knows high quality talent and doesn’t rely solely on inbound pipelines. You’re comfortable reviewing GitHub profiles, decoding career paths that span engineering and pre-sales, and engaging in substantive discussions with hiring managers about what an effective SE interview loop should look like.
You communicate with credibility at the executive level and quickly build trust with technical candidates who have plenty of options.
Experience with modern ATS and generative AI sourcing tools is expected. A background in fast-paced, high-growth environments where priorities evolve quickly is a strong plus.This role is not for the faint of heart.
