Come join us in building something that's already changing how the world works.

We’re looking for a hands-on IT Support to join our team and play a key role in keeping our employees productive. This role combines technical problem-solving with strong communication skills and a sense of ownership.

Come join us in building something that's already changing how the world works.

What You'll Be Doing

  •   Build, harden, and evolve our Linux, macOS, Windows, and Android CI builder fleet — the OS images, AMIs, Terraform, and Jenkins agents that every pipeline runs on.
  • Develop tooling and automation in Python, Terraform, and Groovy.
  • Improve the developer experience across the team's pipelines, tooling, and self-service workflows.
  • Maintain the build, test, and release ecosystem that enables our engineers to develop Island Browser on top of Chromium — keeping them moving fast while we ship a safe, high-quality product.
  • Operate the release and update infrastructure that delivers new browser versions and security fixes to our customers at a fast, predictable cadence.
  • Build and maintain AI agents that assist in delivery quality and accelerate pipeline debugging.
  • Partner with cross-domain teams to deliver reliable, end-to-end solutions for our customers.

What We Need to See

  • 2+ years of experience in software development, CI/CD, or DevOps.
  • Strong debugging and analytical skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Python.
  • Solid working knowledge of Linux; comfortable operating on macOS and Windows.
  • Agility and the ability to context-switch across parallel workstreams.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills — able to design and roll out infrastructure that serves multiple teams and domains.

Ways to Stand Out From the Crowd

  • Experience with operating systems internals and virtualization technologies.
  • Background in AWS, GCP, Docker, Terraform, or similar cloud and IaC stacks.
  • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD systems, especially Jenkins pipelines.
  • Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (VPC, DNS, TLS).
  • Security background — hands-on with code-signing, certificates, HSMs, or secret management.
  • Prior exposure to Chromium or other large open-source codebases, and comfort working within open-source ecosystems.
